$125 - Night before drop off; take some stress off the morning of your event by having everything already here!
$25 - Access to mini fridge
$150 - Clean up + Trash removal (just lock up and leave, don't worry about clean up at all!)
If you do not opt to add-on the clean up, it is expected that the space be completely cleaned including all trash removal. This includes vacuumed, mopped if needed, mirrors cleaned if there are smudges, all trash removed from the space. All furniture must be put back to where it was when entering the space.

Why is event rental more?
The use of the space takes more time for prep, clean up, and it is typically not able to be rented again the same day due to table/chairs being used.
What if I do not need 8 hours?
I rent it for events for the full day because of the time it takes for set up + clean up (put everything away). Because of that, I often can not rent it the same day to anyone else.
Do I need to put down a deposit?
$200 is due to book the space, and the remainder is due the day prior to using the space.
