Studio Rules
set-up and clean-up time must be completed in booked time.
If you enter early or leave late, you will be sent an invoice in 15 minutes increments at $25 per 15 minutes. (1-15 minutes, 16-30, etc)
If this goes into another persons rental time, you will be billed $50 per 15 minutes and this fee will be given to the next renter due to the inconvenience for them and their clients.
No Glitter is allowed
No food or beverages are allowed anywhere aside from at the desk.
Every renter must vacuum after session
Do not slide furniture on floor, if you move anything, lift if off the ground from base to move it.
The studio must be reset to how it is supposed to be (see pictures posted in the studio)
Children are not allowed to color or eat in the studio (aside from infants) the hallway can be utilized for this.
Camera is on site and recording 24/7.
This is secure, and only start time and end time are viewed in order to ensure that all rules are followed, and studio is cleaned and reset to how it is supposed to be.
Owner of the studio is a boudoir photographer, and understands that this is sensitive. Due to ongoing issues of the studio being damaged or being left a mess for the next renter, this is now non-negotiable.
Rental Pricing

$250 damage fee and $125 cleaning fee will be charged if there are any damages or the studio is not cleaned per contract requirements (vacuum, clean smudges off mirrors, furniture put back where it belongs)
